Telnet是一个应用层协议。使用于互联网及局域网中，使用虚拟终端机的形式，提供双向、以文字字符串为主的命令行接口交互功能。

通常也用来测试远程端口是否开启。

启用

在 windows 7下，默认是没有启用telnet的。需要通过

控制面板->程序和功能->打开或关闭Windows功能->勾选Telnet客户端和Telnet服务端

来启用。
